Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale (but not marked final sale) are eligible for return for store credit only.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible
for return.

Refunds & Store Credit: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, based on the item’s eligibility. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchange Policy: We offer free exchanges for size or color within the return period.

How to Return: Email us at info@longaime.com with your order number to initiate a return.We will send you a return form to fill out to include in your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty or incorrect.
